THE STORY
How I Got Here
I wasn't always a coach. Ten years ago, I was a business analyst working in corporate environments. I was good at my job. really good. I understood processes, systems, and how organisations worked. I could map workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design solutions.
But something was missing.
I was solving everyone else's business problems while completely lost about my own career. I'd completed promotions, done what I was "supposed" to do, and collected qualifications. And yet, I felt stuck. Undervalued. Unclear about what came next.
I wasn't alone in this. Around me, I watched talented professionals, some more capable than I, stay stuck in the same roles, undervalued and confused, for years. They knew they were capable of more. They just didn't know how to get there.
The worst part? Most of the "career advice" they received was generic, vague, or just wrong:
"Network more" (without any strategy)
"Get another certification" (they already had three)
"Just work harder" (they were already burnt out)
"Wait for the right opportunity" (opportunities rarely fall into your lap)
None of it moved the needle.
That's when I realised something: career advancement isn't about luck, effort, or waiting. It's about strategy.
The Pivot
I started studying coaching. not motivational coaching or therapy, but strategic coaching grounded in clarity, systems, and decision-making frameworks. I completed multiple certifications and received mentorship from world-class coaches.
Then I began coaching friends, colleagues, and professionals in my network. And something magical happened.
Within weeks, they reported:
- Clarity they'd been searching for for years
- New opportunities appearing
- Confidence in career decisions
- Better positioning and interviews
- Promotions and salary increases

That's when I realised: This is what I'm meant to do.
I started Eclat Impression Ltd and now dedicate myself to helping professionals like you gain clarity, reposition for impact, and accelerate into the roles they deserve.
My business analysis background isn't separate from my coaching, it's the foundation. I don't just listen and validate. I help you think differently. I give you frameworks, systems, and strategies that actually move the needle.
